SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 4 months and counting

I lost my job as an insurance claims processor and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. Thank you in advance. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 24 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
