SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I lost my job as a procurement assistant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 16 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
