SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 3 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 26 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
