SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 3 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
