SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. There are 7 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
