SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 26 weeks in

I lost my job as a pharmacy technician and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 13 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 26 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
