SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 21 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 18 people in my household.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
