SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 2 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 13 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
