SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 13 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 12 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
