SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 13 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 10 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Some local food pantries can help while the case is pending. Try calling 211 for one near you.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
