SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 10 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 14 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 21 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
