SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 10 months and counting

Kwame Eriksen · 2026-05-22T01:38:28.970Z

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
