SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
