SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I lost my job as a bank teller and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
