Severance and unemployment, do they overlap?, school bus driver here

I signed a severance agreement and I am worried about how to report it. It has been a long 9 weeks. I also wonder about the job-search requirement.

I filed on day one anyway and reported the severance honestly. The agency decided what to do about the timing.
