Reporting part-time earnings while on benefits - any advice?

I picked up part-time shifts as a production planner and I am confused about how to report them. It has been a long 9 weeks. Pay posts on a different day from when I work. Do you report when you earned it or when you were paid?

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.

The claimant handbook has worked examples for part-time pay. Mine was clearer than the phone line.
