Overpayment letter from the unemployment office, quality inspector here

After 16 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan.

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
