Overpayment letter from the unemployment office - 9 months and counting

After 6 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
