Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
