Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
