Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as an office manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
