Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
