Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a social media manager before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
