Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a paralegal, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
