Not sure if my job search activity counts - what worked for you?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
