Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a nurse's aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
