Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
