Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a bank teller, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
