Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
