Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a web developer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
