Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
