Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
