Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
