Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
