Not sure if my job search activity counts (update)

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
