Not sure if my job search activity counts (Toledo)

I have been applying to about 8 jobs a week as an office manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
