Not sure if my job search activity counts (St. Louis)

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
