Not sure if my job search activity counts, recruiter here

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
