Not sure if my job search activity counts, pharmacy technician here

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a pharmacy technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
