Not sure if my job search activity counts, operations analyst here

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
