Not sure if my job search activity counts, operations analyst here

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
