Not sure if my job search activity counts (Omaha)

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a barista, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
