Not sure if my job search activity counts (Nashville)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
