Not sure if my job search activity counts (Minneapolis)

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a dental hygienist, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
