Not sure if my job search activity counts (Louisville)

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a payroll clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 23 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
