Not sure if my job search activity counts, logistics coordinator here

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a logistics coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
