Not sure if my job search activity counts, logistics coordinator here

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a logistics coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
