Not sure if my job search activity counts (Knoxville)

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a bookkeeper, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
