Not sure if my job search activity counts, HR coordinator here

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
