Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
